     Showcooking

  • Where:  Cosentino City Manhattan
  • Time: 6 PM 
  • By: Fran Novas,  chef at Galician restaurant "Tomiño". Novas is a former chef from "A Tafona" in Galicia, restaurant ruled by Lucia Freitas, "Grupo Nove" member. Novas will cook the galician products brought to NY for this event. 3D and virtual reality glasses experience.

Friday, June 29th  

     Wine Tasting:

  • Where:  Cosentino City Manhattan
  • Time: 6 PM 
  • Galician Wines, from 4 different origins: Albariño, Ribeiro, Mencía and Monterrei-Ribeira Sacra all explained by professional sommeliers.

  • Screening of the Mestre Mateo Winner 2018, "Dhogs"
  • Where: Club España (Newark, NJ)
  • Time: 8 PM 
  • After the screening will take place a Q&A with the director: Andrés Goteira.
  • Galician products.

Saturday, June 30 th

      Screening:

  • Screening of the Mestre Mateo Winner 2018, "Dhogs".
  • Where: Centro Orensano (Newark, NJ)
  • Time: 7 PM 
  • After the screening will take place a Q&A with the director: Andrés Goteira.
  • Galician products.
  • RSVP at Centro Orensano (members policy may apply)

Sunday, July 1st

      Screening:

  • Screening of the Mestre Mateo Winner 2018, "Dhogs"
  • Where: Casa Galicia  (Queens, NY)
  • Time: 6 PM 
  • After the screening will take place a Q&A with the director: Andrés Goteira.
  • Galician products.
  • RSVP at Casa Galicia (members policy may apply)

Monday, July 2 nd, at Cervantes Institute, Manhattan, NY

      Screening:

  • At the cinema of the Cervantes Institute
  • Screening of the Mestre Mateo Winner 2018, "Dhogs"
  • Time: 6 PM 
  • Q&A with the director Andrés Goteira after the screening
  • GC&FF first edition award "Galegos con Estrela" conceded to: Miguel Saco
