June 27 – 30: GC&FF becomes the Week of Galicia in the United States.
- Exhibition of the best short documentaries at the Mestre Mateo 2017 Awards.
- Showcooking of Michelin-starred chef Iván Domínguez
- Screening of the documentary ‘Alén do Cosmos’, by Pedro Pablo Alonso with the main caracter Santiago Formoso, first galician of winning a championship ring as a professional athlete in the EE.UU.
2016
20 – 23 June: Screening of the film ‘El desconocido’, by Dani de la Torre. Presence of Jorge Coira, editor of the film & Goya Award 2016 to the best montage.
- Showcooking by chef Álvaro Villasante.
- Day dedicated to the Starlight Trevinca destination.
- Recognition of the GC&FF as the largest promotional event in Galicia by the Spanish Tourism Office in the country.
